By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms incorporate Apple’s Standard EULA for apps distributed via the App Store.

Subscriptions

Nectar Max is an auto‑renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Pricing and the subscription period are displayed on the Apple purchase screen in your local currency.

• Plan: Monthly (1‑month period; product identifier may appear as “nectar_max”).
• Free trial: 7 days. Converts to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before trial end.

Health and Medical Disclaimers

Limitations of Health Calculations:

• All nutritional calculations (BMR, TDEE, calories, macros) are estimates based on population averages and may vary ±10–20% from your actual individual needs.
• Food analysis features provide approximate nutritional values that may differ significantly from actual content.
• Individual metabolic rates, medical conditions, and other factors can affect accuracy.

Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store Account settings: Manage Subscriptions.

Trials

A 7‑day free trial is offered. It converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Trial length is presented before you confirm.

Use of the App

Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt our services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You acknowledge that you use this app at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any health‑related decisions you make based on the app's content.

Medical Disclaimer

Nectar Nutrition provides estimated nutritional and metabolic calculations using established scientific formulas (e.g., the Mifflin‑St Jeor equation). These calculations are estimates only and:

• Are not medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• May not be accurate for all individuals
• Should not replace professional healthcare advice
• Are for informational purposes only
